Flipping World: Yet another update

Thanks to our valued gamers out there, we are constantly getting helpful feedback.
An update, v1.2, for the AppStore's well accepted "Flipping World" is in review by Apple. It features improvements, fixes and corrections.

Flipping World: Update hits the AppStore!

Version 1.1 finally made its way to the AppStore. Besides minor improvements, it features the option to start from the continent of your choice. If you reached a certain level once, henceforth you can start a new game from there.
The update is available for all owners of the initial version and will by downloaded and installed by iTunes automatically.

Flipping World v1.1: Now in review

We have sent Apple an update of Flipping World. The by far most requested feature was the possibility to start a new game at the level of your choice. Your wish is our command: v1.1 will let you choose where to start from (but you will first have to reach Europe once before you can start from there)!
It is written in the stars when Apple will open the gates to the AppStore for v1.1 as the typical review time varies around 14 days starting with submission. We will keep our readers up-to-date!

Wire Scanner now available

It took Apple almost four weeks to approve it, but Wire Scanner (iTunes Link) is now available in the AppStore!
It is an application for demonstration purposes and lets you scan electrical wires and electronic devices for power flow. Just move you iPhone 3GS (the only one with a build in magnetometer so far) near along a toaster or your laptop's power supply. Wire Scanner will instantly tell you visually and acoustically if there is juice on it and you better leave your hands off.

Full Success: Current rankings in the AppStore

Thanks to our great customers, Flipping World made its way into some of the world's the top sold games sections:

Germany: Flipping World is currently ranked eighth of Germany's AppStore Trivia (Games) section! Flipping World is also one of the top sold games in the Educational (Games) section.
Canada: Canada's AppStore is currently reserving place 14 of Trivia (Games) for us and place 21 in the Edicational (Games) section.
USA: That's still a tricky department of the AppStore... Only place 54 as the time of this writing. Get us in the top ten there! ;)
